Solid fuel boiler with manual loading Candle Time 20 kW

The long-burning boiler CANDLE Time 20 (20 kW) is used for heating residential and commercial spaces with a total area of 100 to 200 m2. The nominal thermal power reaches 20 kW, and the thermal efficiency is between 86 and 94%. As the main fuel, wood is used, with lengths between 350 and 420 mm or large shavings. An alternative is the remains of sawdust, peat and pellets, with a mass proportion that must not exceed 30%.

The volume of the combustion chamber is 260 liters, and the amount of water in the boiler is 45 liters. The maximum temperature of the thermal agent is 90 degrees Celsius. The model connects to heating systems with natural or forced circulation of the heat agent. The burning time per charge is up to 24 hours, and the wood consumption is 0.29 kg/h for each kW of thermal power.

The advantages of the CANDLE Time 20 solid fuel boiler:

The model is equipped with a turbine for forced air supply in the combustion chamber and a functional electronic controller. Setting the parameters is simple and intuitive.
The burning process takes place at a depth of 10-20 cm and is basically reminiscent of a candle. The flame is located on top and goes down, unlike standard solid fuel boilers.
The mineral wool thermal insulation layer reduces heat loss to a minimum.
The increased volume of the ashtray allows it to be cleaned only 2-3 times a month. At the same time, the ash does not affect the combustion process in any way.
The body is made from a single sheet of steel with a minimum number of welds. This guarantees the strength of the construction and ensures safe operation at a pressure of up to 1.8 bar.
The external insulation layer is made of galvanized steel, not prone to corrosion, and the bottom is made of reinforced concrete, able to withstand high temperatures.
The CANDLE solid fuel boiler, weighing 250 kg, is mounted vertically on the floor. The height of the round heater is 2070 mm and the diameter is 570 mm. These dimensions allow the model to be installed even in a small boiler room. The diameter of the upper fuel loading door is 470 mm. It can be installed on either the right or left side. The size of the fittings for connecting the water is 1 1⁄4 inch. Combustion products are discharged through a round chimney with a diameter of 160 mm. Cleaning and maintenance accessories are included in the kit.
