Shipping Terms

EUROSANTEH MD delivers goods within the municipality of Chisinau and throughout the Republic of Moldova using its own fleet or through partner courier companies.
We strive to ensure the safe delivery of every order by offering transparent rates and shipping solutions tailored to the specific characteristics of the ordered goods.
 

1. Delivery within Chisinau

• Delivery is available for orders totaling more than 2,999 MDL;
• For orders totaling less than 2,999 MDL, customers may pick up their items in person at a store or warehouse;
• For orders with a total weight of up to 60 kg, delivery costs start at 99 MDL and depend on the weight and dimensions of the goods;

2. Delivery within the Republic of Moldova

• Delivery to other locations within the Republic of Moldova is available regardless of the order value.
• For orders with a total weight of up to 60 kg, shipping costs start at 199 MDL and depend on the weight and dimensions of the goods.
• Delivery is carried out by partner courier companies or our own transport.

3. Delivery of Goods Weighing More Than 60 kg

For orders with a total weight exceeding 60 kg, shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the weight, dimensions of the goods, and the destination.

IMPORTANT! For orders with a total weight exceeding 60 kg, the buyer is responsible for arranging and carrying out the unloading of goods from the vehicle at their own expense.

The buyer must ensure that the necessary personnel and equipment are available for the safe unloading of goods by the time the vehicle arrives.

EUROSANTEH MD does not unload goods for orders with a total weight exceeding 60 kg.

4. Delivery Times

For items in stock, standard delivery times are as follows:

• Chisinau: 1–3 business days.
• Rest of the Republic of Moldova: 2–5 business days.

Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is confirmed and the items are in stock.

Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saturday deliveries are possible depending on the shipping service’s schedule and subject to prior agreement.

There are no deliveries on Sundays or official holidays, except in cases separately agreed upon by the parties.

The estimated delivery date and time window are communicated to the customer upon order confirmation.

In the event of circumstances affecting the agreed-upon delivery time, including adverse weather conditions, traffic restrictions, or disruptions in courier service operations, the customer will be notified, and the situation will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
