A ready-made straight chimney kit with a total length of 5 meters is designed for boilers with a capacity of 10–30 kW. The structure is made of double-layer stainless steel: the inner pipe is AISI 304, resistant to condensate and high temperatures, while the outer layer is AISI 430, known for its strength and polished appearance. Between the layers lies high-temperature insulation, ensuring safe and efficient operation at 200–300 °C.

What is an insulated pipe:

An insulated (sandwich) chimney consists of two metal shells separated by a layer of non-combustible thermal insulation. This design prevents wall overheating and reduces heat loss.

Advantages:

▪️ Efficient heating performance: insulation maintains the flue gas temperature along the entire length of the duct, ensuring stable draft and improving the boiler, stove, or fireplace efficiency.
▪️ Minimal condensate and soot: the inner pipe heats up quickly, eliminating the “dew point,” which reduces aggressive condensate formation and extends the chimney’s lifespan.
▪️ Aesthetic appearance: polished AISI 430 stainless steel gives the system a neat and modern look.
