Complete insulated stainless steel chimney kit AISI 304, Ø200–280 mm, length 5 m, for boilers 50–70 kW (Option №1)
The professional straight insulated chimney kit is designed for boilers with an output of 50–70 kW, including solid-fuel, pellet, diesel, and gas models. The construction is made entirely of two grades of stainless steel:
▪️ Inner pipe — AISI 304, resistant to acids, soot deposits, and high temperatures;
▪️ Outer shell — AISI 430, providing enhanced mechanical strength and protection from atmospheric conditions.
Thanks to the use of premium materials and a reliable insulation layer, the chimney ensures safe, stable, and energy-efficient operation. With an operating temperature range of 200–300 °C, the system is ideal for both residential and industrial heating installations.
Features of the insulated design
An insulated (“sandwich”) chimney consists of a double-wall structure with an inner flue channel and an outer casing, separated by a non-combustible thermal insulation layer. This design:
▪️ prevents overheating of the outer surface, ensuring fire safety;
▪️ maintains flue gas temperature along the entire duct, improving draft;
▪️ minimizes condensate and soot buildup;
▪️ allows installation close to walls and facades without overheating risks.
