Insulated stainless steel chimney kit AISI 304, Ø150–230 mm, length 5 m, for boilers 10–30 kW (Option No. 4)

The 5-meter insulated chimney is designed for flue gas removal from boilers with a capacity of 10–30 kW.
The main feature of Option No. 4 is that the inner channel is straight, while the outer contour includes a 45° offset. This solution is used in facade installations when it is necessary to bypass a cornice, beam, or architectural projection, while maintaining a straight internal flow path and stable draft.

The inner pipe is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, resistant to high temperatures and acidic condensate.
The outer shell is made of AISI 430, which withstands weather conditions and provides an aesthetic appearance.
Between them lies a thermal insulation layer, ensuring safe operation at 200–300 °C.

▪️ Tee Ø150–230 mm — connects horizontal and vertical sections and serves as a mounting point for condensate drain and inspection.
▪️ Condensate drain Ø150 mm — removes moisture formed during boiler operation, preventing corrosion.
▪️ 2 mineral wool end caps Ø150–230 mm — seal insulation ends, preventing water ingress.
▪️ Chimney terminal Ø156–240 mm — top section with a rain cap.
▪️ Wall clamp Ø230 mm — secures the chimney to the facade, providing wind resistance.
▪️ Support platform Ø150–230 mm — relieves vertical load from the tee.
