Additive for floor screed

Used in a mixture with cement, the additive gives the screed excellent elasticity, increasing its flexibility and mechanical strength during vibration by quickly removing air from the concrete. This is important to obtain a smooth and durable surface. The mixture improves contact with the thermal circuits in the floor, optimizing heat transfer, which contributes to more efficient heat distribution in the room.

Mode of application:

The additive for the screed must be dosed in an amount of 0.5% - 1% of the total amount of cement (add from 0.5 to 1 kg of additive per 100 kg of cement).

To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to pre-mix the powdered materials (cement and aggregates) with at least 70% of the total volume of water. Then add the additive and stir for 3-5 minutes until the mixture is smooth. Add the remaining amount of water until desired consistency is achieved. The mixture remains elastic for up to 90 minutes, providing ample time for pouring and leveling the screed.
