Submersible and deep well pumps are used to supply water from boreholes and deep wells, where the source is located significantly below the installation level of the equipment. They are installed directly in the water and pump it to the surface, allowing efficient operation at depths that are not accessible to other types of pumps. Unlike pumping stations, as well as surface pumps, these solutions are specifically designed for systems with deep water intake, where lifting water from depth is required rather than simply increasing pressure.

In water supply systems, a deep well pump serves as the starting point — it delivers water from the source, after which the system is complemented by expansion tanks for pressure stabilization and automation systems that control the operation of the equipment. Further distribution is carried out through pipes and fittings.
