В середине июля решили приобрести кондиционер,когда терпеть жару стало уже не в моготу.Остановили свой выбор на этом магазине.Пришли,любезный консультант показал нам кондиционеры по нашему бюджету и параметрам.Один-в районе 9500,следующий 10300 лей,третий 14тыс.По функциональным параметрам и цене мы решили взять кондиционер за 10300.Ещё раз уточнили цену.Вышли с мужем посоветоваться.Возвращаемся,говорим-берём!!Спрашиваем консультанта-есть ли возможность взять этот кондиционер в кредит?На что получаем ответ-конечно,но сами понимаете,выйдет дороже,по итогу получится 12400(Естественно мы понимаем,что выйдет дороже,процент в конце концов.)Мы согласны….В сентябре месяце идём в кредит компанию погасить полностью это кредит на кондиционер.Где нам говорят,что кредит данный -беспроцентный.Мы даём полную сумму (за вычетом одного оплаченного месяца августа).На что нам отвечают-вы должны 11360л.КОНДИЦИОНЕР СТОИЛ 10300,один месяц мы выплатили,и должны 11360.Eurosanteh,как оказалось,решил накинусь себе прибавочку 2000л. за то,что «ПОЗВОЛИЛ» нам взять кредит.(забавный факт-когда я попросила в консультанта оформить кредит,он сказал-да что вы!заплатите наличкой,я вам его за 9500 отдам!со скидочкой!!…но налички,к сожалению у нас не было и мы вынуждены были отказаться..). Вот как хитрый наглый EUROSANTEH наварился на простом человеке на как минимум 3000 лей на пустом месте.Очень надеюсь,что эти деньги стерегут их семьи от холода,голода и от всех болезней😏😏😏А мне урок полезный и ценный,в следующий раз буду вчитываться в каждую мелочь в контракте,и увидев подобные «премии работнику года» слать таких бизнесменов на три буковки 😌

Подскажут как и что лучше в данной ситуации, бумаги оформляют бысто. Отдельно хочу отметить оба раза работу монтажной бригады. Видна высокая компетентность мастеров, твердое знание как сделать хорошо, применив необходимый минимум материалов а в отделке соблюсти эстетику и даже художественный подход. Wall-Mounted Heat Recovery Ventilation Installation

We install compact wall-mounted heat recovery systems with 70–85% heat exchange efficiency. They simultaneously supply fresh air and remove stale air while preserving up to 30% of heat during winter. Capacity is selected within the 30–120 m³/h range depending on room size and number of occupants. Incorrect sizing leads to noise and insufficient air exchange — we calculate the system before installation.

Residential Air Recuperator Installation

We install individual air recuperators for apartments and rooms sized 15–40 m². These units provide continuous fresh air supply with minimal noise levels (from 20–30 dB) and do not require complex ductwork. Proper installation and wall sealing prevent heat loss and condensation formation.

Types of Properties Where We Install Ventilation Systems

Offices and Business Centers

Workspaces require at least 30–60 m³/h of fresh air per employee. With insufficient ventilation, CO₂ levels exceed 1000–1500 ppm, reducing concentration and productivity.

Apartments

In modern airtight apartments, natural ventilation is practically absent. For a 50–120 m² apartment, 120–300 m³/h of fresh air supply is required to meet the standard of 0.5–1 air changes per hour.

Private Houses and Cottages

In homes ranging from 150–400 m², supply and exhaust ventilation systems with a capacity of 300–800 m³/h are installed. These stabilize humidity levels, prevent window condensation, and reduce heat loss when heat recovery is used.

How Ventilation Installation Is Performed

Technical Inspection and System Calculation

A specialist visits the site in Chișinău, measures the floor area and ceiling height, determines supply and exhaust points, and evaluates equipment placement constraints. Based on room volume, the required air exchange rate is calculated and the appropriate unit capacity is selected, taking into account network resistance and noise level.

Equipment Selection and Estimate Approval

We select the ventilation unit, air ducts, and components according to the property type — apartment, house, or commercial space. A detailed estimate with fixed costs for labor and materials is prepared. The price is закрепed in the contract and does not change during installation.

System Installation and Integration

We install air ducts, mount equipment, and connect the system while ensuring proper slopes, airtightness, and sound insulation. We control connection quality to eliminate vibrations, whistling, and pressure loss. Installation time — from 3 days for an apartment to 5–7 days for a private house.

Commissioning and Project Handover
