Magnetic Filter Separator Barberi DR-4

Barberi DR-4 is an innovative device for cleaning the heat transfer fluid, effectively removing impurities from the water in heating and cooling systems. The filter separator combines four cleaning mechanisms:

Settling in the separator – sedimentation of heavy particles.

Cyclone filtration – accelerated separation of impurities.

Cartridge filtration – additional mechanical cleaning.

Magnetic particle capture – the removable magnet efficiently attracts ferromagnetic impurities.

Additionally, the device is equipped with a manual air vent located on the top cover, which simplifies maintenance.

Self-cleaning function

To quickly remove impurities, just open the drain valve. For deep cleaning, the device can be fully disassembled using the provided key (included).

Universal installation

The rotating tee allows the device to be connected to pipelines in any position – vertical, horizontal, or angled.

Integrated shut-off valves

The V73.P model is equipped with ball valves with union nuts, simplifying system connection.

High-efficiency magnet

The neodymium magnet with an induction of 1.4 Tesla reliably captures metal impurities, preventing them from entering the system. The anti-corrosion coating extends the magnet's life and eliminates the need for frequent maintenance.

Air removal

The body is equipped with a manual air vent, which helps eliminate airlocks during installation or operation of the device.

Protection against loss of parts

The set includes a special magnet holder, preventing accidental loss. The holder can also be marked with the date of the next maintenance.
