Warehouse Manager

We are a company specialized in the sale and distribution of air conditioners and climate control systems. We are currently looking for a new Warehouse Manager with leadership skills and initiative.
The main mission of this position is to coordinate and organize the warehouse team to make work processes smoother and more efficient.
We are open to new ideas and ready to adapt to improved organizational processes that lead to higher productivity.

???? Main Responsibilities:

▪️ Coordinate and supervise warehouse operations (receiving, storage, shipping);
▪️ Accurately manage stock levels and in/out documentation;
▪️ Organize the warehouse team and distribute tasks efficiently;
▪️ Check the quality and integrity of goods received and shipped;
▪️ Work closely with the sales and logistics departments to ensure correct product flow;
▪️ Monitor internal procedures and suggest improvements when necessary;
▪️ Perform regular stock checks and ensure consistency between physical and system inventory;
▪️ Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse area;
▪️ Ensure tasks are completed on time, with a focus on quality and product safety;
▪️ Oversee the proper functioning of warehouse equipment and tools, including service and authorization where needed.

???? Candidate Requirements:

▪️ Previous experience in warehousing or logistics;
▪️ Knowledge of stock management and shipping/receiving documentation;
▪️ Leadership, communication, and organizational skills;
▪️ Reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility;
▪️ PC skills (Excel, 1C, ERP systems — an advantage);
▪️ Fluency in Romanian and Russian;
▪️ Energetic and proactive attitude;
▪️ Willingness to implement and adapt new processes to increase productivity.
