Submersible pump SKM 200

The SKM 200 submersible pump is the most powerful model in the SKM series, designed for maximum performance, high pressure, and long-term continuous operation in deep wells. It is suitable for large homes, agricultural complexes, industrial reservoirs, high-capacity irrigation systems, water intake stations, and facilities requiring intensive clean water supply at stable pressure.

The SKM 200 construction is engineered for harsh operating conditions and withstands high loads thanks to professional-grade materials. The pump housing is made of durable stainless steel, protecting internal components from corrosion and mechanical damage. Brass impellers and brass flanges ensure stable and predictable hydraulic performance regardless of the start frequency. The shaft, fasteners, and mechanical assembly components are made of stainless steel and designed for long service life.

The reinforced mechanical seal provides complete tightness and resistance to high pressures. The oil-filled motor chamber with a cooling system ensures smooth startup and protects the motor from overheating. The class-F insulated stator winding withstands high operating temperatures, while the rotor and stator made from electrical steel feature anti-corrosion protection. Long-life bearings are designed for continuous operation under load without increased noise or vibration.

The pumped liquid must be clean water with up to 20 g/m³ of mechanical impurities, making the pump suitable for most well applications. Up to 20 start cycles per hour are allowed, enabling integration into automated water supply systems serving numerous consumers.

The package includes a 15-meter EPDM cable resistant to wear, moisture, low temperatures, and mechanical stress. The control panel is equipped with overload protection, thermal protection, and a quick-start button.
