Project Manager

We are a fast-growing company launching an ambitious Marketplace project — a modern platform designed to connect sellers and buyers in a simple, secure, and efficient way.
We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate the entire process: from technical planning and platform development to launch and operational management.

Your Responsibilities:

▪️ Plan, organize, and oversee project implementation at all stages;
▪️ Define goals, budgets, and timelines together with the management team;
▪️ Coordinate the involved teams (technical, logistics, commercial, etc.);
▪️ Track project progress and provide regular status reports;
▪️ Collaborate with different departments to ensure strategic alignment;
▪️ Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation;
▪️ Oversee the development and implementation of the Marketplace platform — from concept to launch;
▪️ Monitor project execution and adjust plans according to priorities;
▪️ Manage communication with external partners (IT companies, suppliers, collaborators);
▪️ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) post-launch: traffic, conversions, seller activity, user retention;
▪️ Document internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform and operations.

Requirements:

▪️ Minimum 2 years of experience in digital / e-commerce / IT project management;
▪️ Understanding of Marketplace architecture (frontend, backend, UX, online payments, API integration, etc.);
▪️ Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and conversion funnels;
▪️ Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills;
▪️ Ability to work with multiple teams and deadlines simultaneously;
▪️ Analytical mindset, solution-oriented and results-driven;
▪️ Experience with project management tools: Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday;
▪️ Basic technical skills (HTML, CMS, ERP) are an advantage;
▪️ Creativity and strong problem-solving skills;
▪️ Experience with CRM platforms (Bitrix24, HubSpot, Zoho, Monday, Salesforce) is a plus.
