The design of the MSZ-LN indoor unit combines sleek forms, strict geometric lines, and a special composite plastic with a deep glow effect and metallic coating. It looks elegant thanks to the transparent top layer, resembling a "metallic" paint finish. The color and type of plastic of the remote control match the shade of the indoor unit.

Air filtration and sterilization system "Plasma Quad Plus"

The MSZ-LN indoor units are equipped with an advanced two-stage "Plasma Quad Plus" air filtration and sterilization system. This filter, using ionized gas (plasma), creates a protective barrier that destroys bacteria, neutralizes viruses, and breaks down allergenic proteins. The built-in plasma purification system helps reduce illness and prevent allergic reactions, including those to pets. The effectiveness of the antiviral and antibacterial treatment is confirmed by independent laboratories. Tests conducted in Japan showed that in 3 hours of operation, the MSZ-LN25 system reduced the concentration of bacteria by 99.39%, and its antiviral effectiveness was confirmed by neutralizing 99% of viruses in a room in 72 minutes.

Additionally, the Plasma Quad Plus system efficiently reduces the concentration of allergens such as cat hair and pollen by more than 50 times. Special attention is given to air purification from fine particles, such as those found in exhaust gases and tobacco smoke. Studies using a laser photometer showed that the MSZ-LN system purifies the air by 99% in 166 minutes.

3D I-SEE Thermovision

The built-in 3D I-SEE thermovision and combined interface for connecting to City Multi VRF systems allow for more precise climate control in the room. With the 3D I-SEE sensor, the air conditioner analyzes infrared radiation, determining the temperature in different parts of the room. This allows for effective avoidance of overheating or overcooling, uniformly regulating the airflow throughout the space.

The automatic air direction control system guarantees comfort in all conditions by directing the airflow based on the location of users in the room. The sensor also automatically activates the energy-saving mode if the room is unoccupied.

Dual Barrier Coating

The unique Dual Barrier Coating technology applied in MSZ-LN protects against pollutants and helps maintain high energy efficiency throughout the unit’s lifespan. The surfaces of the fan, heat exchanger, and plastic elements are shielded from contaminating particles, significantly reducing the need for maintenance and increasing the interval between servicing.

Built-in Wi-Fi

The built-in Wi-Fi interface provides two control methods: local and remote. You can use your smartphone to control the system or set up remote access through the MELCloud cloud service for controlling the device from a distance.
