The polyethylene compression tee with a bronze threaded outlet, PN 6 bar, is designed for quick branching of a 32 mm HDPE pipe line and for connecting threaded fittings with a 1″ female thread. The “compression fitting + bronze insert” design combines polyethylene’s chemical and corrosion resistance with the precise geometry of a metal thread, helping the joint remain leak-tight under vibration, pressure fluctuations, and seasonal ground movement.

The fitting is used in cold water supply systems for private houses, irrigation and drip lines, and for connections to tanks, distribution manifolds, pump sets, filters, pressure reducers, valves, and solenoid valves. The male outlet is convenient when you need an external thread without adapters and extra joints: lower hydraulic losses, fewer potential leak points, and easier servicing.

The compression assembly is intended for installation without welding or adhesive: the pipe is cut square, a small chamfer is made, then the pipe is inserted to the stop and tightened with the nut. Sealing is provided by an elastomer O-ring, while a split locking ring grips the pipe and prevents it from pulling out under pressure. The connection is demountable—during line upgrades, the tee can be removed and reinstalled (after inspecting the seal and ensuring the seating surfaces are clean).

The bronze male thread withstands repeated connections/disconnections and is compatible with brass and bronze valves and fittings. For the threaded joint, use PTFE tape or hemp with paste, and tighten without excessive force to avoid damaging the thread and the mating part’s seals. The fitting is intended for water and technical liquids; for steam, hot water, and aggressive solvents, select specialized fittings.
