Hydrophore installation in Chișinău and throughout Moldova — stable water pressure in your home
What is a hydrophore and how does it work
A hydrophore is a water supply system that maintains stable water pressure in a house and protects the pump from frequent switching on.
The system consists of a pressure tank (membrane tank), a pressure switch, and automation. When you open a tap, water first comes from the tank, not directly from the pump. This keeps the pressure in the system stable.
When the pressure drops to the preset level, the pressure switch automatically turns on the pump. After the tank is filled, the pump turns off.
This scheme solves several problems of autonomous water supply systems.
Stable water pressure
The hydrophore maintains constant water pressure even if several taps are used at the same time — for example a shower, kitchen faucet, and washing machine.
Pump protection from overload
Without a hydrophore, the pump may start dozens of times per hour. The pressure tank reduces the number of starts and extends the lifespan of the equipment.
Fewer pump start cycles
The water reserve in the tank allows the system to operate without constantly starting the pump. This reduces motor wear and saves electricity.
Water reserve in the system
There is always a small reserve of water in the tank. Even if the pump stops for a short time, the system pressure remains stable.

Why customers trust us with hydrophore pump station installation
Experience in installing water supply systems
We regularly install hydrophore systems in private houses that use wells and dug wells as water sources. In practice, a properly selected hydrophore immediately solves the problem of unstable pressure and reduces the number of pump start cycles.
Equipment selection tailored to each system
There is no universal hydrophore suitable for every house. The tank volume, pressure, and automation must match the depth of the water source, the pump power, and the number of water points in the house. That is why before installation we select equipment according to the parameters of your system.
Installation without errors or pump overload
Incorrect hydrophore connection leads to pressure fluctuations and frequent pump starts. We install the system so that the pump starts only when pressure drops and operates in a safe mode.
System testing after installation
After installation we check the water pressure, automation operation, and the tightness of all connections. The system is launched only after a full inspection, ensuring the hydrophore maintains stable water pressure throughout the house.
Frequently asked questions
The cost of hydrophore installation depends on the tank volume, pump power, and the complexity of connecting the water supply system. In most private houses, installation takes a few hours and includes connecting the tank, installing the pressure switch, and configuring the automation.
Hydrophore installation usually takes 2–4 hours. This includes installing the pressure tank, connecting the automation system, and adjusting the water pressure.
Yes, hydrophores are most commonly installed in water supply systems that use a well. They create a water reserve in the system and reduce the number of pump start cycles.
Yes, a hydrophore is also suitable for water supply systems that use a dug well. It stabilizes water pressure and prevents sudden pressure fluctuations when a tap is opened.
The pressure tank volume depends on the number of water points and the pump power. Most private houses use tanks from 24 to 100 liters, but the exact choice depends on the system parameters.
A pressure tank maintains stable water pressure, reduces the number of pump starts, and creates a small water reserve in the system.
The main signs of malfunction are weak water pressure, frequent pump starts, or pressure fluctuations. In such cases, the system should be inspected and adjusted.
