Haier SUPER AQUA Hydro Split GT R290 AW082HUGHA + HU102WAHYB 8 kW is a high-performance single-phase air-to-water heat pump for year-round building climate control. The equipment combines heating, cooling and domestic hot water production, allowing the creation of a single energy-efficient building services system.

The set consists of the AW082HUGHA outdoor unit and the HU102WAHYB hydraulic module. The use of the natural refrigerant R290 helps reduce the equipment’s environmental impact, while modern inverter technology provides flexible output control.

High heating efficiency

The SUPER AQUA GT HYDRO system is designed to maximise the use of thermal energy from the outdoor air. Thanks to an advanced compressor and a highly efficient heat exchanger, the maximum COP reaches 5.50.

An energy efficiency rating of A+++ / A+++ is achieved at both 35 °C and 55 °C water temperatures. This allows the Haier AW082HUGHA to be used in various water-based heating systems and significantly reduces running costs compared with conventional electric heating.

Water temperature up to 80 °C

One of the series’ most important advantages is its ability to supply water at a temperature of up to 80 °C. High-temperature operation expands the equipment’s applications when renovating heating systems and allows a modern heat pump to be integrated into projects with higher heating water temperature requirements.

When required, the system can also be used for domestic hot water production. DHW efficiency meets the A+ rating, combining a high level of household comfort with economical electricity use.

In summer, the operating cycle can be reversed to cool indoor spaces, turning the heating installation into a complete climate control system.

Reliable operation at low temperatures

The Haier SUPER AQUA Hydro Split GT R290 heat pump remains operational at outdoor air temperatures as low as –25 °C. Its wide operating range makes the equipment suitable for year-round use and climates with cold winters.

The inverter compressor smoothly adjusts its output according to the building’s actual heating demand. This improves temperature stability, reduces the number of equipment starts and helps increase the system’s energy efficiency.

Acoustic comfort and safety

Particular attention has been paid to noise reduction in SUPER AQUA GT HYDRO. The compressor is protected by special sound-insulating material, the brushless DC motor operates with minimal vibration, and the optimised fan blades reduce aerodynamic noise.

In certain operating modes, the sound level is approximately 35 dB(A) at a distance of 3 metres, allowing the outdoor unit to operate comfortably near a residential building.

The safety of the R290 system is enhanced by a refrigerant separator and a sealed electronics compartment. In the event of a potential leak, the design prevents refrigerant from entering the water circuit and subsequently reaching indoor spaces.
