Wall-mounted supply and exhaust unit OSTBERG HERU 200 T EC-y2 RE (right, air flow 889 m³/h)

This high-quality recuperator is designed for installation in homes, apartments, and offices. It is ideal for mounting in heated rooms but can also be installed in unheated areas such as attics, saving usable space even in small buildings. The device features a stylish design and is intended for wall mounting with a top connection. The housing is made of galvanized sheet steel, has thermal insulation, and is painted white, ensuring durability and an aesthetic appearance.
FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES
Versatility: Can be installed in both heated and unheated spaces, including attics.
Compact: Does not take up much space, making it suitable for small buildings.
High-quality filters: Uses F7 class filters.
Wide range of applications: Suitable for single-family and multi-family homes, office buildings, and large commercial properties.
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
Östberg ventilation units stand out for their impeccable manufacturing quality, use of modern technologies, and high-quality components, guaranteeing silent operation. Östberg recuperators are considered some of the quietest on the market, providing maximum comfort for users.
ROTARY HEAT EXCHANGER
The device is equipped with a rotary heat exchanger that provides a high level of heat recovery (up to 86%) and moisture recovery. The advantage of the rotary heat exchanger lies in its cellular structure, which ensures high heat exchange efficiency. The aluminum rotating drum continuously extracts heat from the exhaust air and transfers it to the fresh air drawn in from outside. Due to its construction and operating principle, the rotary heat exchanger does not freeze even in harsh winter conditions, offering a significant advantage over other types of heat exchangers.
AIR FILTRATION
Using F7 class filters that capture dust, plant spores, smog, and other pollutants. This filtration guarantees constant air exchange, maintaining an optimal indoor microclimate, which is especially important for people with allergies.
INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
Fans: The airflow is created by two silent radial fans with AC motors and backward-curved impellers. The fans are equipped with quick-disconnect connectors, making it easy to remove them for cleaning or maintenance.
Housing: The device is made of two layers of unfinished galvanized steel sheet with thermal insulation between them, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.
ADVANTAGES OF THE RECUPERATOR
Energy efficiency: High heat and moisture recovery reduces heating costs and maintains a comfortable microclimate.
Clean air: F7 class filters ensure high air quality, which is especially important for people with allergies or respiratory diseases.
Ease of maintenance: Easily removable heat exchanger and simple filter replacement make operation convenient.
Reliability: Durable housing and high-quality components ensure a long service life.
Installation flexibility: The ability to mount in various spaces and versions (right/left) makes the device versatile.
