The wall-mounted polyethylene compression elbow with a 1/2″ female thread is designed for a reliable connection between an Ø 25 mm HDPE/polyethylene pipe and a valve or a metal section of piping when installing outdoor water supply systems. This fitting is especially convenient when you need a neat wall outlet: it secures the connection point, eliminates a “loose” pipe run, and creates a straight, stable joint.
Its key benefit is fast installation without welding and without specialized tools. Compression fittings are installed in a straightforward way: the pipe is inserted into the body until it bottoms out and is clamped by tightening the nut. In most cases, a wrench is all that is required, so installation is feasible even without professional experience. Installation recommendations
Before starting, shut off the water supply and relieve pressure by opening a lower tap.
Measure and cut the pipe square—this is important for proper seating.
Insert the Ø 25 mm pipe into the fitting fully to the stop so it seats firmly on the sealing area.
Tighten the nut: often about one full turn after the nut has “seated” is enough. Do not overtighten—excessive force can damage the joint.
