Wall-mounted compression elbow, polyethylene, PN 6 bar, d. 25 x 1/2" (female)
The wall-mounted polyethylene compression elbow with a 1/2″ female thread is designed for a reliable connection between an Ø 25 mm HDPE/polyethylene pipe and a valve or a metal section of piping when installing outdoor water supply systems. This fitting is especially convenient when you need a neat wall outlet: it secures the connection point, eliminates a “loose” pipe run, and creates a straight, stable joint.
Its key benefit is fast installation without welding and without specialized tools. Compression fittings are installed in a straightforward way: the pipe is inserted into the body until it bottoms out and is clamped by tightening the nut. In most cases, a wrench is all that is required, so installation is feasible even without professional experience. At the same time, the joint remains leak-tight, and the assembly can be serviced or reinstalled if needed (for example, when rerouting the line or during repairs).
The fitting is rated PN 6 bar, making it a practical choice for typical water lines where reliability and predictable sealing are essential. A 25 mm diameter is often used as a supply main to multiple consumption points, distribution nodes, standpipes, irrigation systems, and more. The 1/2″ threaded outlet allows convenient connection to common plumbing valves and adapters.
Applications
water supply to connection points with wall fixing;
connecting a 25 mm HDPE pipe to a tap/valve/adapter with a 1/2″ male thread;
outdoor water supply on a site, building entry, irrigation nodes;
neat outlets for flexible connectors and plumbing fixtures (per design).
Benefits of a compression joint
fast and clean: no soldering/welding and no consumables;
leak-tight: the pipe is clamped and securely held;
cost-effective installation: no expensive equipment or specialist work required;
versatile: supports many configurations to match your piping layout.
Installation recommendations
Before starting, shut off the water supply and relieve pressure by opening a lower tap.
Measure and cut the pipe square—this is important for proper seating.
Insert the Ø 25 mm pipe into the fitting fully to the stop so it seats firmly on the sealing area.
Tighten the nut: often about one full turn after the nut has “seated” is enough. Do not overtighten—excessive force can damage the joint.
