Solid fuel boiler with automatic loading STALMARK DUO PID 100 kW
This boiler stands out for its high flexibility, offering the possibility of installing the feeder on either the left or right side, allowing it to be adapted to the user's individual needs. The compact side design ensures easy access for adjusting operating parameters.
Design Features
The DUO-PID boiler offers two types of combustion systems:
A modern cast iron retort burner.
A classic combustion chamber with a fixed water grate.
Casing
The casing is made of a curved welded construction with a water jacket crafted from certified boiler steel, 6 mm thick.
Operating Principle
Fuel combustion occurs through automatic feeding into the cast iron retort burner via a screw feeder. The process is supported by forced air supply. A built-in cast iron deflector, positioned above the burner, ensures complete gas combustion and even heat distribution.
Chimney and Damper
The chimney, installed at a 45° angle, efficiently removes combustion products. The adjustable damper allows for draft control, preventing excessive vacuum in the system.
Water Grate
Enables the use of large-fraction fuel (from 4 cm) and allows the boiler to operate even during power outages, provided the heating system is properly designed.
Boiler Control
The boiler comes standard with an ST-750 TECH controller, which supports the PID algorithm and is equipped with a flue gas temperature sensor.
Key Controller Functions:
Air supply regulation.
Control of four pumps (heating, hot water, underfloor heating, circulation).
Management of the valve servo drive.
Ability to connect three- and four-way valves, as well as remote control modules (internet/GSM).
