Design:

The boiler's design includes a modular body consisting of a combustion chamber and a heat exchanger. The autonomous operation of the Kronas Pellets boiler depends on the volume of the selected fuel bunker. The main fuel for this boiler is pellets, sunflower husk, and wood chips. The boiler is shaped like a parallelepiped with double walls, between which the coolant is located, improving thermal insulation and increasing efficiency. The outer surface of the body is covered with decorative thermal insulation cladding, providing additional protection against heat loss.

Principle of operation:

Additionally, the boiler can also operate in manual mode, allowing the use of various types of fuel – wood, coal, briquettes. The fuel is loaded manually through the top loading door onto the grate. The grate is made of thick seamless pipes, through which water circulates, preventing them from burning out and significantly extending their service life. For regulating the combustion process, a blower fan is provided, which is automatically controlled.
