Solid fuel boiler on manual loading KRONAS ALMAX D 40 kw

The KRONAS ALMAX D solid fuel boilers with a power of 40 kW represent an advanced series of heating devices designed for both residential and industrial use. These boilers stand out for their ease of use and high efficiency, providing excellent performance and reliability. The 40 kW model is ideal for heating large and very large spaces.
For operation, solid fuel boilers require connection to the electrical network. However, to ensure operation without electricity, a mechanical draft regulator is provided, making the boiler completely independent of external energy sources.
Features of the KRONAS ALMAX D 40 kW boiler construction:
- Spacious combustion chamber with volume depending on the boiler's power.
- Four-pass convection heat exchanger for efficient heat transfer.
- Combined grates for convenient loading of solid fuel.
- Nozzle for installing a safety valve or a safety system, as well as a nozzle for quick water drainage.
- Multiple doors for maintenance: for loading fuel, cleaning the convective section, and inspection doors for servicing the grates and ash pan.
- The possibility of installing a pellet burner, turning the boiler into a universal device (this requires removing the cast iron grates from both sides of the combustion chamber).
- A controller that constantly monitors the water temperature, automatically adjusting the fan's operation to ensure efficient boiler performance.
Advantages of KRONAS ALMAX D 40 kW boilers:
- A wide range of models depending on power and heating area.
- High efficiency – from 86% and above.
- The ability to operate without electricity using the mechanical draft regulator.
- Efficient heat exchange thanks to the multi-pass convection heat exchanger.
- Modern equipment with a fan and microprocessor control.
- Secondary air nozzles located around the entire perimeter of the combustion chamber.
- Double door insulation with heat shields.
- Modern and aesthetic design.
- The ability to convert the boiler into a pellet boiler by purchasing a burner, feed screw, and hopper.
- The heat exchanger and the boiler body are made of 6 mm thick heat-resistant steel, with 5 cm thick thermal insulation on the body.
Types of fuel:
- Wood
- Coal (brown, anthracite)
- Fuel briquettes (wood, peat)
- Peat chunks
- Wood processing waste
The boiler’s design ensures high efficiency even when using low-calorie fuel. The highest efficiency is achieved when burning coal.
