Pedrollo JSWm 2AX self-priming pump

Pedrollo JSWm 2AX is an enhanced self‐priming centrifugal pump model designed for intensive use in domestic water‐supply systems. The pump features a new, more efficient hydraulic assembly and operates at reduced noise levels. Thanks to its built‐in ejector, it functions reliably even when air is present in the pumped fluid.

Operating Principle

The integrated ejector provides the self‐priming effect: on initial start‐up, the casing is filled with water, after which the pump draws in fluid, expelling air. Continuous recirculation of part of the flow through the ejector creates a vacuum, enabling water intake from depths of up to 8–9 meters. This makes the model virtually immune to air bubbles.
