Liquid sequentially passes through a series of impellers and guide vane diffusers. Each impeller, rotating on a single drive shaft inside its diffuser, increases the liquid's pressure, directing it to the next stage. The summation of pressure differentials at each of the numerous stages allows for achieving impressive head and flow rate performance at the outlet of the discharge port. Operating and Installation Conditions

The Pedrollo 6SR18/13-PD pump is designed for installation in wells with a minimum diameter of 6 inches (152 mm) and specializes in pumping clean water with a minimal sand content (no more than 100 g/m³). For safe and efficient operation, the electric pump must be fully submerged in the well (at least 50 cm from the surface), and to prevent the intake of bottom sediments, the distance to the bottom of the well must be at least 1 meter. It is mandatory to use a stainless steel or nylon safety cable, secured through the specially provided holes in the discharge casing. The maximum temperature of the pumped water is +35ºC.
