Insulated stainless steel chimney kit AISI 304, Ø180–250 mm, length 6 m, for boilers 30–50 kW (Option No. 2)

This 6-meter insulated chimney kit is an extended version designed for boilers up to 50 kW, requiring greater height for stable draft.
The internal 45° bend makes the system particularly convenient for installation in tight spaces or complex architectural layouts.

With the combination of AISI 304 (inner pipe) and AISI 430 (outer shell), the chimney is resistant to corrosion, temperature fluctuations, and aggressive condensates. The operating range is 200–300 °C.

Kit contents (9 pipes × 1 m, 2 elbows 45°)

▪️ Single-wall adapter Ø180/Ø180 mm – connects the boiler to the first flue section.
▪️ 9 insulated pipes Ø180–250 mm – form the main vertical chimney stack.
▪️ 2 elbows 45° – ensure a smooth transition from the boiler to the vertical section, reducing joint stress.
▪️ Tee Ø180–250 mm – used for inspection and condensate drainage.
▪️ Condensate drain Ø180 mm – removes moisture and prevents corrosion buildup.
▪️ 2 mineral wool caps – protect insulation from moisture and overheating.
▪️ Chimney terminal Ø176–254 mm – top element with protective rain deflector.
▪️ Clamp Ø250 mm – stabilizes the chimney against the wall.
▪️ Support platform, telescopic bracket 270 mm, base SOLUM – distribute weight and provide secure mounting.
