Insulated stainless steel chimney kit AISI 304, Ø180–250 mm, length 5 m, for boilers 30–50 kW (Option No. 2)

An insulated chimney Ø180–250 mm, length 5 m, is designed for flue gas extraction from boilers with a capacity of 30–50 kW. The construction includes an internal 45° bend, which allows easy connection between the boiler and the vertical flue section. This solution is indispensable when the boiler outlet is located below the wall or ceiling level.

The chimney is made of double-layer stainless steel:
▪️ Inner pipe – AISI 304, resistant to high temperatures, acidic condensate, and corrosion;
▪️ Outer shell – AISI 430, providing protection against weather conditions and a clean, aesthetic appearance.

A heat-resistant insulation layer between the walls allows the system to operate safely at 200–300 °C, without efficiency loss or risk of wall overheating.

Kit contents (8 pipes × 1 m, 2 × 45° elbows, tee, and more)

▪️ 8 insulated pipes Ø180–250 mm (1 m each) – form the main flue channel; each section features a “male–female” joint system.
▪️ 2 elbows 45° – for smooth direction change and reduced draft resistance.
▪️ Tee Ø180–250 mm – provides connection for horizontal sections and condensate drain installation.
▪️ Condensate drain Ø180 mm – removes moisture and acidic condensate, preventing corrosion.
▪️ 2 mineral wool end caps – seal insulation edges to prevent water absorption.
▪️ Chimney terminal Ø176–254 mm – top element with rain cap to block precipitation.
▪️ Wall clamp Ø250 mm – secures the chimney to the wall for wind stability.
▪️ Support platform Ø180–250 mm – bears the weight of the vertical section.
▪️ Telescopic bracket 270 mm – adjustable mount for the platform and clamp.
▪️ Base support SOLUM – foundation element distributing weight and reinforcing structure.
