Insulated stainless steel chimney kit AISI 304, Ø150–230 mm, length 5 m, for boilers 10–30 kW (Option No. 3)

This insulated chimney kit is designed for flue gas extraction from boilers with a capacity of 10–30 kW. The main feature of the design is the internal 90° bend, which provides horizontal flue gas discharge from the boiler followed by a smooth transition into the vertical section. This solution is ideal for boiler installations on lower levels, where it is necessary to route the flue through a wall or a small technical room.

The inner pipe is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, resistant to acidic condensate and high temperatures. The outer shell is made of AISI 430, which offers protection against precipitation, mechanical stress, and corrosion. Between the two layers is a heat-resistant insulating material designed for operation at 200–300 °C.

▪️ Clamp Ø230 mm — secures pipes to the wall.
▪️ Support platform — distributes the weight of the vertical section.
▪️ Telescopic bracket 270 mm — adjustable wall mount for easy installation.
