The Haier SUPER AQUA Hydro Split GT R290 AW12NHVGHA + HU16NWAHYBE3 12 kW heat pump is a high-performance, next-generation three-phase air-to-water system. The equipment is designed to create a single building services system capable of providing winter heating, summer cooling and domestic hot water throughout the year.

The three-phase power supply allows efficient distribution of the electrical load in properties with the appropriate connection. The AW12NHVGHA outdoor unit works together with the HU16NWAHYBE3 hydraulic module to form the highly efficient SUPER AQUA GT HYDRO system.

R290 — a next-generation environmentally friendly solution

The system uses the natural refrigerant R290 as its working fluid. Its use helps reduce the equipment’s climate impact and aligns with modern developments in heat pump technology.

R290’s excellent thermodynamic properties also help deliver efficient heating and high water temperatures without using conventional refrigerant types.

COP of up to 5.50 and A+++ / A+++

A modern compressor and an improved heat exchanger allow the series to achieve a maximum COP of up to 5.50.

For heating at water temperatures of 35 and 55 °C, the system meets the A+++ / A+++ energy efficiency rating. This enables the equipment to deliver substantial heating output while using electricity efficiently.

Inverter technology further improves efficiency by adjusting output according to the building’s actual heating load.

Up to 80 °C in the heating system

The flow water temperature can reach 80 °C, giving designers greater flexibility when selecting heat emitters for Haier SUPER AQUA GT HYDRO.

In a low-temperature system, the heat pump works well with underfloor heating and fan coil units. When upgrading a building, the availability of higher temperatures allows existing radiator heating to be considered following an appropriate engineering assessment.

Domestic hot water production has an efficiency rating of A+, allowing the Haier AW12NHVGHA to serve as the building’s central source of thermal energy.

Heating in freezing conditions down to –25 °C

The outdoor unit can operate at air temperatures as low as –25 °C, enabling year-round use in demanding climatic conditions.

Automatic inverter control allows the system to respond to changes in outdoor temperature and the home’s heat losses, maintaining comfort without running the compressor continuously at maximum output.

Reduced noise and vibration

Haier uses a range of measures to provide acoustic comfort. The compressor is insulated with special sound-absorbing material, the DC fan motor has low vibration levels, and the aerodynamic blade shape helps reduce airflow noise.

The sound level can be approximately 35 dB(A) at a distance of three metres.

Built-in safety

For additional protection of the R290 system, a separator is provided to prevent refrigerant from entering the hydronic circuit. The electronic control unit has a sealed design intended to improve equipment safety.

EUROVENT and KEYMARK certification, together with registration in EPREL, confirms the series’ compliance with European requirements.
