Get a Suzuki Soft Touch reverse osmosis filter as a gift

1. Promotion Organizer

The Promotion is organized by S.R.L. “EDENVOR”, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

These Rules establish the terms and procedure for participation in the Promotion “Get a Suzuki Soft Touch reverse osmosis filter as a gift!”.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant confirms that they have read these Rules and fully accept their terms and conditions.

2. Promotion Participants

2.1. The Promotion is intended for individuals and legal entities purchasing the products participating in the Promotion as end consumers.

2.2. Individual Participants must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity on the date of purchase.

3. Promotion Period

3.1. The Promotion will run during the following period:

01.06.2026 – 30.06.2026, inclusive.

3.2. The Promotion is valid during the specified period and while stocks of the products offered as gifts last.

3.3. Information about the Promotion is published on the website https://eurosanteh.md.

4. Participating Products and Promotional Prices

The Promotion is valid exclusively for the following HAIER Pearl Premium DC Inverter air conditioners purchased at the full price established under the Promotion:

• HAIER Pearl Premium DC Inverter R32 AS25PBPHRA-PRE / 1U25YEPFRA-H, heating operation down to -25°C — 14,200 lei;
• HAIER Pearl Premium DC Inverter R32 AS35PBPHRA-PRE / 1U35MEPFRA-H, heating operation down to -25°C — 15,400 lei;
• HAIER Pearl Premium DC Inverter R32 AS50PDPHRA-PRE / 1U50KEPFRA-H, heating operation down to -25°C — 21,500 lei;
• HAIER Pearl Premium DC Inverter R32 AS71PEPHRA-PRE / 1U71WEPFRA-H, heating operation down to -25°C — 27,800 lei.

5. Promotion Mechanism

5.1. To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must, during the period specified in Section 3.1, purchase one of the air conditioners listed in Section 4 at the full price specified in these Rules.

5.2. For each eligible air conditioner purchased in accordance with the terms of the Promotion, the Participant receives the following gift:

1 (one) Suzuki Soft Touch reverse osmosis filter.

5.3. The gift is provided while stocks last.

5.4. The gift cannot be exchanged for cash, and the Participant may not request payment of its value in cash or by bank transfer.

5.5. The gift cannot be replaced with another product unless the Organizer expressly decides otherwise.

6. Situations in Which the Promotion Does Not Apply

The Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, special offers or commercial benefits provided by the Organizer.

The gift will not be provided in the following situations:

• if the product is sold with an additional discount compared with the price specified in these Rules;
• if an individual price has been negotiated for the product;
• if the product is purchased using LiberCard or Gama cards;
• if the product is purchased in installments or on credit;
• if the product is simultaneously included in another promotion;
• if the Participant uses a voucher, coupon, promotional code or another discount granted by the Organizer;
• if the product is purchased at a special price intended for partners, dealers, distributors or contractual customers.

7. Product Returns

7.1. If the main product purchased under the Promotion is returned and the legal conditions for refunding its purchase price are met, the Participant must also return the product received as a gift to the Organizer in accordance with applicable law.

7.2. If the gift cannot be returned, the matter will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and the documents relating to the transaction.

8. Limitations

8.1. The Promotion is valid only for the products expressly specified in these Rules.

8.2. The purchase of another HAIER model, even if it belongs to the Pearl or Pearl Premium range, does not automatically entitle the customer to participate in the Promotion if that model is not listed in Section 4.

8.3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with all Promotion conditions before providing the gift.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.

9.2. Any complaints or questions regarding the conduct of the Promotion will be reviewed by the Organizer in accordance with these Rules and the applicable legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
