Application Area
This flexible hose is designed for transporting natural gas, acetylene, propane, and butane from a gas pipeline (not underground) or gas cylinder to consumer devices. It is ideal for connecting gas stoves, boilers, water heaters, and other equipment.
Design and Features
The hose is made of high-quality double-layer PVC, ensuring its strength and durability:
Outer Layer – Resistant to mechanical damage and external factors, available in yellow or other colors for easy visual inspection.
Inner Layer – Specially designed for safe operation in a gas environment, with increased resistance to fuel exposure.
Additional reinforcement with polyester thread makes the product robust and capable of withstanding high loads. The end fittings are made of brass with chrome-nickel plating, which protects them from corrosion and extends their service life.
This hose is designed to operate under high pressure and can also be used for supplying compressed air and technical water. It is resistant to oil mist, preventing premature wear.
The material has dielectric and flame-retardant properties and can withstand brief contact with hot surfaces. Compared to bellows-type alternatives, it is more affordable while maintaining a high level of reliability and durability. Unlike rubber models, its service life is 2.5 times longer, and no additional dielectric insert is required.
