Application Area
This flexible hose is intended for transporting natural gas, acetylene, propane, and butane from the gas pipeline (not laid underground) or gas cylinder to consumer devices. It is ideal for connecting gas stoves, boilers, water heaters, and other equipment.
Construction and Features
The hose is made of high-quality two-layer PVC, which ensures its strength and durability:
Outer layer - resistant to mechanical damage and external factors, presented in yellow or other color for convenient visual control.
Inner layer - specially designed for safe operation in a gas environment, with increased resistance to fuel impact.
Additional reinforcement with polyester thread makes the product strong and resistant to high loads. The end fittings are made of brass with a chrome-nickel coating, protecting them from corrosion and extending their service life.
This hose is designed to operate at high pressure and can also be used for supplying compressed air and technical water. It is resistant to oil mist, preventing premature wear.
The material has dielectric and flame-retardant properties and can withstand short-term contact with hot surfaces. Compared to corrugated counterparts, this product has a more affordable cost while maintaining a high level of reliability and durability. Unlike rubber models, the service life is increased by 2.
