Design and working principle:
The Ecosoft E-480 housing is made from AISI 304 stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and pressure fluctuations. Inside, a UV lamp is enclosed in a high-grade quartz sleeve, protecting it from water contact while ensuring efficient UV light transmission.
As water flows through the system, it surrounds the quartz tube and is exposed to a UV dose of 30 mJ/cm², sufficient to destroy DNA in microorganisms and prevent reproduction.
