Product Description

HDPE compression reducing coupling PN 6 bar, d 75 × 63 is a transition fitting designed to reliably connect Ø75 mm and Ø63 mm pipes in water supply and technical networks. It is chosen when you need a clean step-down in a main line, rebuild a pipeline section, or assemble a new run quickly and without welding—delivering tightness that does not require re-tightening after start-up.

The body is made of high-quality high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The material is moisture-resistant, does not rust, and is designed for long-term service in engineering systems. Inside the fitting, a uniform, non-porous surface helps maintain stable flow capacity and reduces the likelihood of deposit build-up. This also matters for potable water: the construction contains no impurities that could affect the taste or odor of water—water remains “as is,” without unwanted smells or aftertaste.

Leak-tightness is ensured through a combined approach. Rubber sealing rings create a tight 360° contact and provide strong resistance to leakage at the PN 6 bar working pressure. The conical tightening mechanism makes installation predictable: it compensates for minor pipe geometry deviations—size differences and ovality up to ±0.5 mm. This is especially useful on sites where pipes may come from different batches or where installation conditions are less than ideal. Added stability comes from a corrosion-resistant reinforcing ring, which strengthens the joint, supports long-term tightness, and helps the connection confidently handle temperature fluctuations.

The fitting is UV-resistant, so it can be used on outdoor pipeline sections, in manholes, for irrigation projects, and in greenhouse systems where components may be exposed to sunlight. UV stability also helps reduce the risk of algae and bacteria growth in sunlit sections. The blue/black color is practical, easy to spot on site, and convenient for maintenance.

Compatibility: suitable for polyethylene and polyethylene terephthalate pipes.

Typical applications for the 75×63 PN 6 reducer:

potable and technical water supply networks;

irrigation systems, watering, distribution mains;

industrial and domestic high-pressure sewer networks;

fire-fighting pipelines and technical lines.

If you need a reliable 75×63 compression reducer—with fast installation, UV and temperature resistance, and confident PN 6 bar tightness—this coupling is a practical choice for durable, stable system performance.
