Complete insulated stainless steel chimney kit AISI 304, Ø200–280 mm, length 6 m, for boilers 50–70 kW (Option №1)

A 6-meter insulated chimney is a reinforced and extended version of the standard kit, designed for heating systems up to 70 kW. The construction consists of double-layer stainless steel pipes that ensure long-lasting durability and safety:

▪️ The inner pipe made of AISI 304 is resistant to high temperatures, acidic condensate, and prolonged operation;
▪️ The outer shell made of AISI 430 provides excellent resistance to moisture, UV radiation, and mechanical stress.

Between the two layers lies a dense thermal insulation material that keeps flue gas temperatures stable even under heavy-duty use. The operating range of 200–300 °C guarantees efficiency and safe performance in all conditions.

Efficiency and operating principle

The insulated design ensures stable draft and maximum heating efficiency.
The insulation prevents rapid cooling of flue gases, which:
▪️ increases combustion efficiency;
▪️ prevents condensate formation;
▪️ eliminates soot and acid buildup;
▪️ extends the service life of both the boiler and the chimney.

The inner pipe heats up quickly and evenly, overcoming the “dew point” that typically causes corrosive condensation in uninsulated chimneys.
