90° angled roof flashing SOLINOX Ø200 (inox 304/304)

The angled roof transition 90° SOLINOX Ø200 (inox 304/304) is a pass-through component for routing an insulated (sandwich) chimney through the roof while protecting the penetration against leaks. It is used when the flue route requires a neat roof exit and roof tightness must be maintained: the flashing plate is integrated into the roofing material, covering the penetration area and preventing precipitation from entering the roof structure.

The assembly works as a transition between the chimney system and the pipe section connected to the heating appliance, providing a 90° turn at the roof exit zone. The 200 mm inner diameter matches the corresponding chimney size, and installation is performed together with a rain collar. To complete a watertight junction, a drip edge is fixed on the pipe above the flashing: it closes the gap between the pipe and the upper part of the flashing and directs water along the outer surface, preventing it from getting under the roofing layers.

The component is made of stainless steel inox 304/304. This grade is suitable for outdoor use and temperature swings, resists corrosion, and maintains geometry under heat. Using certified stainless steel increases service life and reduces the risk of deformation and visual deterioration during heating system operation.

Another key benefit is the manufacturing accuracy of the flange and seating interfaces.
