SMM Specialist, Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are a company specialized in the sale and installation of air conditioners and climate systems. We are currently looking for an energetic and responsible Social Media Manager to help us communicate effectively with our online audience and build a strong digital brand image.

Main Responsibilities

▪️ Appear on camera as the “face” of the content: product demos, expert tips, sketches, reviews.
▪️ Scriptwriting — generating ideas, writing short storylines, choosing locations and props.
▪️ Filming and editing videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts): shooting with a phone/camera, basic color correction, subtitles.
▪️ Platform optimization: vertical format, trending sounds/effects, relevant hashtags.
▪️ Collaborate with the marketing team: test creatives, analyze metrics (ER, CTR, CPA), and continuously improve content.

Requirements

▪️ At least 1 year of experience in creating vertical videos (portfolio required).
▪️ Confident on camera, charismatic, with clear diction (RO/RU is an advantage).
▪️ Basic scriptwriting, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
▪️ Good knowledge of TikTok and Reels trends, understanding engagement mechanics.
▪️ Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, Davinci, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.).
▪️ Experience filming tech products, reviews, or explainer videos is a plus.
▪️ Ability to create posts, ads, and campaigns that inspire action — not just likes.
