We are looking for motivated young people eager to learn, build a career in sales and become professionals together with our team.
No prior experience is required — we train from scratch!

Responsibilities:

▪️ Learn how to present, promote and sell company products;
▪️ Participate in structured professional sales training;
▪️ Learn how to develop and manage client relationships;
▪️ Help identify new business opportunities;
▪️ Assist customers in choosing the best solutions;
▪️ Contribute to achieving team sales goals;
▪️ Collaborate with the marketing and logistics departments;
▪️ Learn how to prepare offers and conduct negotiations.

 What we expect from you:

▪️ Genuine desire to learn and grow professionally;
▪️ Clear, positive and respectful communication;
▪️ Energy, ambition and responsibility;
▪️ Good listening skills and customer orientation;
▪️ Romanian and Russian language skills;
▪️ Category B driving license (an advantage);
▪️ Team spirit and openness to challenges.
