Eurosanteh.md is the largest climate-technology store in Moldova with more than 15 years of experience.
We offer a wide range of residential, semi-industrial, and industrial air conditioners, as well as ventilation, heating, water-supply systems, and professional installation of engineering solutions.
Due to our company’s expansion, we are inviting a marketer to join our team — someone creative, responsible, and result-oriented.

Main Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Promotion

▪️ Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy: positioning, media planning, budgeting, KPIs.
▪️ Promoting all business directions of Edenvor: air conditioning, ventilation, heating, water supply, engineering installations, solar panels.

2. Digital & Social Media

▪️ Growing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), creating and executing content plans.
▪️ Managing the SMM team (copywriter, designer, videographer/content creator): task briefing, quality control, performance evaluation.
▪️ Launching and optimizing targeted advertising, managing ad accounts, testing hypotheses.
▪️ Working with digital tools: SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing.

3. Analytics & Research

▪️ Analyzing competitors, market trends, and customer behavior in the HVAC and engineering systems sector.
▪️ Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance (ER, CTR, CPL/CPA, conversions).
▪️ Preparing regular analytical reports and optimization proposals.

4. Creativity & Production

▪️ Participating in the creation of advertising campaigns and creative concepts.
▪️ Developing ideas for promotional activities, photo/video content, and informational materials.
▪️ Setting tasks and controlling the quality of materials produced by the SMM and design teams.

Requirements

▪️ Minimum 2 years of experience as a marketer.
▪️ Strong understanding of digital marketing: social media, targeting, content, analytics, funnels.
▪️ Experience managing SMM specialists or external contractors.
▪️ Skills in planning, analytics, and working with marketing metrics.
▪️ Experience in technical niches (HVAC, engineering systems, building materials) is an advantage but not mandatory.
▪️ Creativity, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.

▪️ Schedule: Mon–Fri, 08:00–18:00.
