B2B Sales Manager V

Eurosanteh.md — the largest HVAC store in Moldova with over 15 years of experience. We offer a wide range of residential, semi-industrial, and industrial air conditioning units, as well as professional installation and maintenance services for ventilation systems.

As part of our B2B expansion, we are looking for a Sales Manager who is energetic, motivated, and results-oriented to join our team.

Responsibilities:

▪️ Identifying and attracting B2B clients (developers, design offices, construction companies, etc.);
▪️ Selling ventilation equipment and heat recovery systems;
▪️ Conducting negotiations, preparing offers, and signing contracts;
▪️ Managing the full client relationship cycle;
▪️ Collaborating with technical specialists and manufacturers.

 Requirements:

▪️ At least 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in the HVAC sector);
▪️ Knowledge of ventilation systems is an advantage;
▪️ Excellent communication skills and results-oriented approach;
▪️ Proficiency with PC, business correspondence, CRM experience is a plus.

Conditions:

▪️ Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00;
▪️ Official salary, paid fully on a bank card;
▪️ Base salary + sales commission;
▪️ Company car provided;
▪️ Large client base and strong company reputation;
▪️ Training from manufacturers and team support;
